Site down or erroring
White screens, 500 errors, database connection failures and broken deployments — diagnosed and restored.
Something is broken, slow, hacked, or the developer who built it has stopped answering. We take over websites and apps we did not build, diagnose what is actually wrong, and fix it — as a one-off repair or an ongoing care plan.
Sites go down or throw errors after a hosting change. Contact forms silently stop sending, and nobody notices for months. Pages that were fine on desktop are unusable on a phone. A site loads so slowly that visitors leave before it renders. Malware injects spam links and Google flags the domain. An SSL certificate expires and browsers start warning people away.
Underneath most of these is the same root cause: a site that was built once and never maintained. Plugins, frameworks and server software all need updating, and the longer that is left, the more expensive the eventual fix.
A lot of agencies will only touch their own code. We do not work that way. We regularly take over WordPress installs, custom PHP, Laravel, React and legacy sites with no documentation and no handover.
The first step is always a written diagnosis: what is broken, why, what it will take to fix, and whether repairing it is genuinely the better value than rebuilding. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild costs less than another year of patching, and we will tell you that.
One-off repairs and rescues, or an ongoing plan so these stop happening.

Oversized images, render-blocking scripts, bloated plugins and slow queries. Speed affects both Google rankings and sales.
Malware removal, spam-link injection cleanup, backdoor closure, password and key rotation, and Google blacklist removal requests.
Layouts that break on phones, unreadable text, unusable menus and forms that cannot be completed on a touchscreen.
Accidental noindex tags, blocked robots.txt, broken canonicals, lost redirects after a redesign and manual penalties.
Your developer stopped responding. We recover access to hosting, domains and code, document what exists and take it forward.
A predictable sequence with fixed scope and no hourly surprises.
A short message with the URL and the symptom. No obligation, and we will say up front if it is not something we should take on.
We investigate and send a written explanation in plain language: the root cause, the options, and what each would cost. Urgent outages get looked at first.
A fixed price for the repair. Nothing is billed on a meter and nothing starts until you say go.
We repair it, test on real devices and browsers, and show you the before and after so you can see it actually worked.
We tell you what caused it and what would stop it recurring — updates, backups, monitoring — whether or not you buy that from us.
Yes — that is most of this work. We regularly take over WordPress, custom PHP, Laravel and React sites with no documentation. We start with a written diagnosis so you understand what you have inherited before spending anything on repairs.
Yes. This is common and usually recoverable. Domain ownership can normally be reclaimed through the registrar with proof of business identity, and hosting accounts through the host’s recovery process. We guide you through reclaiming access, then document everything so you are never locked out again.
Most often uncompressed images, too many plugins, render-blocking scripts, no caching, or cheap oversubscribed hosting. We measure the site against Core Web Vitals, identify which factors are actually costing you, and fix them in order of impact. Speed affects both Google rankings and how many visitors stay.
Take the site offline or into maintenance mode, change all passwords, and do not simply restore an old backup — the vulnerability that let them in is usually still there. We remove the malware, close the entry point, rotate credentials and keys, and submit a review request if Google has flagged the domain.
It depends on how it was built. A well-built site with a specific fault is worth repairing. A site on abandoned software, with no updates for years and stacked plugin workarounds, often costs more to keep patching than to replace. We tell you which situation you are in before you spend anything.
Yes. Care plans cover hosting management, SSL renewal, backups, core and plugin updates, security monitoring, uptime alerts and a monthly allowance for content or code changes — so problems get caught before they become outages.
We are based in the Cayman Islands and deliver remotely. Local clients get in-person meetings; everyone else gets scheduled calls and a shared staging environment they can check any time.
A free, no-obligation call. You leave with a clear scope and a realistic budget range whether or not you work with us.
